Requirements

4-6 years proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or similar role
Experience developing web applications
Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript, React, Typescript)
Knowledge of back-end JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Express, Node.js)
Familiarity with databases (e.g., Postgres), Vercel, and UI/UX design
Familiarity with integrating AI models, LLMs, ML frameworks, vector embeddings, AI streaming response, and AI SDK
Strong understanding of LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, and agent-based systems (must-have)
Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or relevant field
Comfortable with front-end and back-end development, frameworks like Next.js, API frameworks, and third-party libraries

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy software solutions
Implement client-side and server-side logic
Build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications
Write effective APIs
Test software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
Create security and data protection settings
Build features and applications with a mobile responsive design
Write technical documentation
Work with end users to improve software
Create UI independently
Integrate multiple systems using REST API
Build and own data pipelines feeding the models and analytics
Ensure data integrity, enrichment, and real-time readiness for AI applications
Operationalize AI/ML models in real-time tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Clay)
Architect and automate the entire go-to-market engine from conception to deployment
Design and build AI-driven systems that power demand generation, pipeline generation, and optimize the sales & marketing engine end-to-end
