Responsibilities

Coordinate and dispatch responses to incidents on company premises or at corporate events, including medical emergencies, burglaries, fires, and duress alarms; liaise with law enforcement, fire departments, or other public safety organizations
Evaluate, analyze, and escalate open-source and subscription-based intelligence to mitigate and report global threats to company property, employees, and stakeholders
Accurately document, thoroughly assess, and promptly escalate instances of potential threats in the workplace, maintaining detailed records and ensuring timely communication to security partners
Provide comprehensive support to the travel security program by monitoring associate travel, tracking itineraries, assessing threats, maintaining real-time communication, and coordinating with security teams during risks or emergencies
Report any unusual or abnormal conditions to company security personnel, management, employees, suppliers, and facilities organization
Collaborate with internal security, facilities & real estate, enterprise resiliency, and business continuity teams during incidents impacting business operations, facilitating communication and supporting recovery efforts
Receive, evaluate, and disseminate incoming information and reports from company security personnel, field officers, employees, suppliers, reporting parties, and local agencies
Create detailed, fact-based incident reports for distribution to various Fidelity stakeholders
