Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a GSOC or similar security operations environment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
- Proven ability to lead teams in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to triage and prioritize incidents effectively
- Proficiency in security technologies, including video management systems, access control platforms, and incident management software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on effectively coordinating cross-functional teams
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Responsibilities
- Conduct and oversee frontline, intermediate, and advanced monitoring and response activities, including processing physical security service requests
- Assist with the day-to-day operational management and oversight of security staff functions in coordination with management and as designated
- Collaborate with management, peers, and physical security operators on security system programming, troubleshooting, and administration to ensure the effective service and maintenance of physical security systems
- Identify service issues and coordinate scheduling of service calls and technical support with appropriate teams
- Provide advanced level support for physical security and identity management programs
- Collect and analyze data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions to identify problems and procedural irregularities within security operations
- Communicate the status of physical security systems, including outages or issues, to internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner
- Manage and complete assigned tasks and activities associated with multiple projects, ensuring successful completion under competing deadlines
- Support management in developing and directing training for both internal and external physical security staff on systems and operations
