Responsibilities

The Growth Marketing Senior Manager will lead the direct mail strategy and execution, focusing on developing, executing, and optimizing campaigns for new customer acquisition and engagement. This includes managing end-to-end campaign execution, audience segmentation, creative development, print production, and performance tracking. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with internal teams, managing and developing direct reports, integrating direct mail into broader marketing strategies, monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, conducting A/B testing, staying updated on industry trends, managing external vendor relationships, and optimizing campaign budgets.
