Requirements

  • Systems-minded and outcome-oriented — more “ops hacker” than traditional marketer
  • Software obsessed. Built or managed workflows across tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, Notion, Airtable, Webflow, Google Sheets, or AirOps
  • High quality bar — but get the need to get things out the door and operate with a scientific mindset
  • Creative as hell. Love running with different ideas and a bonafide fountain of experiments to run with (okay if many of them are bad!)
  • Strong writer. Partner with in-house content marketer for content production, with a firm grasp on what great looks like
  • Nice-to-have: Strong grasp of content and growth — enough to understand what great content looks like, and how it gets discovered and consumed

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain the operational backbone of the content engine — from idea intake to publishing across channels
  • Automate repetitive tasks by building out bespoke tools for the content lifecycle: research, drafting, editing, repackaging, scheduling, and measurement
  • Work closely with content, sales team, and others on the marketing team to identify bottlenecks, design tooling, and build solutions fast
  • Drive experiments that increase reach, speed, personalization, or conversion — and rigorously measure what works
