Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in Workplace Services (WPS) and Facilities Management
  • The ability to work independently and manage complex priorities across key sites
  • Excellent communication skills for professional liaison with internal and external stakeholders
  • A strong foundation in facility management regulations, with a commitment to continuous improvement in operations
  • Experience in a trade and/or building site is highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Lead the facilities and workplace services operations for the allocated Victorian sites, ensuring the highest standard of delivery
  • Manage both reactive and preventative maintenance, including scheduling, coordinating repairs, and promptly responding to service escalations
  • Act as the primary contact for contractors and vendors, monitoring performance and ensuring compliance with all contractual and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all work orders, compliance schedules, invoices, and contracts
  • Oversee and monitor the security service contractor for both Nine sites and staff, working closely with the internal security team
  • Liaise professionally with base building landlords on operational matters and manage the processing and tracking of facility service invoices
