Requirements

Newly qualified CA(SA) or equivalent, with relevant post-articles experience or other accounting/finance experience
Strong technical accounting knowledge and experience in general ledger reconciliations, journal entries, and financial analysis
Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Suite; experience with NetSuite is a plus
Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management — thrives on accuracy and deadlines
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable collaborating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Proactive, solution-oriented mindset — identifies problems early and takes initiative to improve processes
Interest in working across multiple regions and time zones within a fast-paced, international SaaS environment
Experience with US GAAP, multi-entity operations, or tax compliance is advantageous (nice to have)
Affiliate & Partnerships Industry Fundamentals Certification by PXA (nice to have)

Responsibilities

Ensure accurate financial records through monthly reviews, reconciliations, and journal entries for assigned entities
Provide insights and commentary on financial performance to support management reporting and decision-making
Drive statutory compliance by managing audits, financial statement preparation, and tax-related reporting
Collaborate with FP&A and cross-functional teams during close, forecasting, and budgeting cycles to ensure accurate financial results
Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, controls, and efficiency across multiple geographies
Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors, service providers, and internal stakeholders
