180 days wait period from last termination date
Not have worked for Tyson 3 times before (3X rule)
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to shovel, climb stairs and ladders up to 60 feet, bend, stretch, and reach
Ability to work in extreme hot, cold, inclement weather, and odors
Ability to use basic hand tools and perform basic mechanical and maintenance functions
Ability to maintain clean work area using soap and high-pressure hose
Ability to read and complete required logs
Ability to communicate with supervisor and co-workers via two-way radio
Willingness to receive training as required
Willingness to perform various positions as assigned
Willingness to operate frontend loader or forklift (certification required if assigned)
Willing and able to perform physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation
Critical thinking, ability to analyze situations, and develop effective solutions
Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with colleagues and build positive relationships

Responsibilities

Loading and/or bagging all finished outgoing product
Inspecting trailers and tankers
Collecting samples
Completing and keeping documents
Working in production area as assigned by supervisor
Maintaining a safe work environment
Adhering to Tyson policies and procedures
Maintaining and promoting the Tyson safety culture
Perform various general production tasks as required/assigned
May perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
