Responsibilities

  • Designing and developing high-quality images and graphics – Create visually appealing and informative graphics for online item pages that effectively communicate product information and elevate the customer experience
  • Maintaining operational control – Manage multiple projects simultaneously for you and your team, while meeting deadlines and maintaining high standards of work
  • Leveraging tools & channels – Partner with internal team members to implement and optimize production tools for the studio and image outputs to ensure efficient operations
  • Building strategic relationships: Support program managers and partners by exploring and aligning to business strategies and output needs
  • Operating with excellence – Set an example in managing to KPIs, delivering excellence, presenting at all levels, and developing yourself and others
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices
