Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or Visual Communications
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating a clear understanding of visual hierarchy, clean layout, and functional design principles
  • Expert proficiency in industry-standard graphic and layout production tools (Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Proficiency in collaborative UI tools (Figma or Sketch), and strong command of presentation software (Google Slides or PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional organizational skills and an intense attention to detail, crucial for managing large volumes of information and design assets
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with established principles of Information Design (how to visually communicate data effectively)
  • (Preferred) Basic understanding of how design specs translate into front-end development and UI components
  • (Preferred) Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)

Responsibilities

  • Presentation Design & Layout: Expertly refine and create visually consistent, high-stakes sales and internal strategy decks (presentations). Focus on clear information architecture and graphic execution
  • Dashboard UI Support: Assist the digital design team in refining internal and external Dashboard User Interface (UI) elements, ensuring pixel-perfect layouts, component states, and strict adherence to design specifications
  • Design System & Templates: Develop and maintain core slide master templates and essential UI components within our collaborative design tools (Figma) to streamline design and development workflows
  • Design QA & Consistency: Conduct systematic Quality Assurance (QA) reviews on final presentations and UI components for accuracy, visual consistency, and strict brand adherence
  • File Management: Systematically organize, document, and update all digital design files, ensuring proper version control and easy accessibility for the broader team
