Requirements

University degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or another quantitative field
Working knowledge of Unix/Linux and Windows operating systems
Proficiency in at least one programming language (C++, Python, Go or JavaScript)
Basic knowledge or interest in networking
Familiarity or interest in technologies such as Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, or Kafka is a plus
Demonstrates a strong sense of teamwork, effective communication, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Gain expertise in our latency-sensitive trading application stacks, contribute to troubleshooting in a fast-paced environment, and implement solutions
Write, test, and integrate monitoring tools using APIs provided by our proprietary trading applications to enhance system visibility and performance
Work closely with system administrators to fine-tune Linux-based trading environments
Contribute to the automation of our infrastructure and application management
Build, use, and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Conduct user acceptance testing across internal application stacks and understand how traders and support teams utilize our software
Provide technical input to improve the operational effectiveness of our applications
Develop your scripting skills (Python or others) by automating complex workflows in collaboration with trading desks
