  • Engage in core training in hard engineering skills (e.g., validation activities in regulated industry, design transfer requirements, GD&T, additive manufacturing) and soft skills (e.g., six-sigma greenbelt, presentation skills, finance, global interactions)
  • Interact with Senior Leadership and participate in networking opportunities, including global interactions
