Requirements

Candidates should have 3–5 years of experience as a Media Buyer, with 1–3 years specifically managing Google Ads campaigns, a proven track record working within financial services, insurance or fintech sectors, a proficiency in Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and performance tracking tools such as Google Analytics, and the ability to comfortably manage monthly media budgets of $100,000 or more and optimize campaigns to meet CPL and CPA goals. They must also have a strong command of English and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, fully remote team environment, along with hands-on experience with Meta Ads and adapt to Pacific Time Zone.

Responsibilities

The Media Buyer will manage and optimize Google Ads and YouTube campaigns to meet CPL and CPA goals, collaborate with the senior media buyer to execute lead generation strategies for high-value clients, analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and adapt accordingly, oversee monthly ad spend of $100K+ across multiple accounts, and contribute to media planning and performance reporting on a regular basis.
