Requirements

Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience, with 3+ years of hands-on GNSS testing experience
Strong knowledge of the GNSS and communication system processing chain
Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for data analysis and automation
Solid understanding of RF laboratory setups, including RF distribution, LNAs, splitters, and attenuators
Expertise in computing GNSS KPIs such as sensitivity, TTFF (Time-To-First-Fix), and accuracy
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English
(Nice to have) In-depth knowledge of GNSS acquisition, tracking, and navigation algorithms, as well as familiarity with DSP and RF concepts commonly used in communication systems
(Nice to have) Experience applying these principles to automated testing frameworks and performance evaluation, including KPI computation for complex signal processing chains
(Nice to have) Familiarity with IQ data formats, SDR

Responsibilities

Design and implement automation tools in MATLAB and Python for GNSS receiver testing and performance analysis
Develop hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) test frameworks to continuously verify and validate firmware performance
Create and maintain algorithms for computing GNSS Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for multi-constellation, multi-frequency receivers
Ensure the reliability of the GNSS laboratory and CI pipeline, including managing RFCS simulators (e.g., Spirent), SDRs, and RF distribution systems
Monitor and safeguard GNSS system performance during algorithm development and integration phases
Document and present technical findings clearly to internal teams and external stakeholders
Contribute to continuous improvement by following and enhancing company software engineering best practices
