This is a hands-on role that requires onsite presence at the Saratoga, CA office.
Required qualifications include BS +5 years / MS +3 years / PhD +1 year in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics, Robotics, or equivalent; direct experience deriving sensing algorithms from first principles including Kalman filters and fault detection; proven end-to-end ownership of a sensing system; and hands-on experience with sensor drivers and protocols like UART, SPI, I2C, and CAN.

Strong candidates have proven end-to-end ownership of a sensing system from design to delivery for mission-critical applications, direct experience with deriving sensing algorithms like Kalman filters, and hands-on hardware testbed experience using tools like Raspberry Pi or Arduino.
