Requirements

Consulting experience in Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical industry
Strong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) (Veeva QMS, Trackwise etc.) and hands-on experience with quality processes
Experience working on 1–2 quality-focused projects, including process improvement, compliance, or system migrations
Strong functional skills (Business Analysis, Requirement Gathering, Project & Stakeholder Management etc.)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
Strong Quality domain expertise, with exposure to QMS systems considered a plus
Good-to-Have / Preferred: Experience with other systems (LIMS, CRM, Promomats, MedCom)
Good-to-Have / Preferred: Exposure to strategy consulting and project delivery in pharmaceutical quality and compliance

Responsibilities

Lead or support Quality projects, including process improvement, compliance, and system-related transformations
Perform functional and technical business analysis: gather requirements, map processes, and document workflows
Analyze and optimize quality processes such as Audits, deviations, CAPAs, root cause analyses, periodic reviews, and audit trail monitoring
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business requirements into actionable solutions
Deliver high-quality documentation, insights, and recommendations to clients
Contribute to proposals, strategic initiatives, and business case development within the Quality domain
Partner with clients to analyze and optimize quality processes, support regulatory compliance, and drive process and system improvements
