Requirements

5 to 9 years of S/4 HANA experience, including implementation experience in SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Production Planning and Detailed Scheduling (PPDS)
Strong expertise in SAP PP
High-tech industry experience (preferred)
Minimum 5 years of SAP experience, including implementation and support in SAP PP, QM, and PPDS
Educational Qualification: B. Tech/BE/CA/CWA | MBA from Tier 1 or 2 business school
Strong analytical skills, market insights, and strategic thinking
Problem-solving skills to identify, escalate, track, and resolve issues on time
Effective presentation and communication skills
Expertise in discrete manufacturing, integration with PLM or MES, engineering change management for BOM and routing, MRP concepts
Strong knowledge of SAP PS functionalities (project structuring, planning, budgeting, monitoring, closing)
Experience with Multi-level BOM setup
Experience with integration with QM (in-process inspection, notification, first article inspection (FAI), QM certificate, FMEA (8D defect management))

Responsibilities

Support ERP platforms-driven business design and assessment, including value assessment, business case creation, and business process re-engineering
Engage with clients to understand requirements and scope, discover and define solutions, articulate business benefits and use cases, and develop roadmaps
Develop innovative solution designs leveraging service offerings
Support business development initiatives, including proposal generation, shaping solution plans, and defining delivery approaches for SAP transformations
Oversee ERP integrations and assist in developing proof of concepts
Advise clients on SAP PP, QM, and PPDS processes based on leading industry practices and implement new requirements
Design, configure, and implement SAP PP, QM, and PPDS solutions aligned with client needs and industry best practices
Key responsibilities include project planning, cost and revenue management, resource allocation, and integration with other SAP modules
Design solutions to implement Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), Networks, Milestones, Project Planning, Budgeting, Costing, and Settlements
Analyze current business processes and identify areas for improvement
Provide training and support for business users
Participate in the development of thought leadership content, including white papers and presentations on High-Tech industry topics
Experience and assist with solutions for end-to-end request for proposal requests
