Requirements

  • Undergraduate student completing an Engineering or Life Sciences-related degree between December 2026 and June 2027
  • 0 years of work experience required; previous related internships preferred
  • Consistent track record of results demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship (not eligible for F-1, J-1, H-1, OPT, or CPT Visas)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to identify and address areas to improve efficiency and benchmark with industry best practices
  • Become a process owner; critically review specific processes with great attention to detail and proactively recommend opportunities for improvement
  • Provide training across Quality functions and support laboratory testing by ensuring standard operating procedures are followed
  • Use highly specialized equipment and instrumentation accurately and with limited supervision
  • Collaborate with Quality and Operations teams to perform key product related root cause investigations and identify/provide oversight of the execution of corrective actions
  • Develop tools and models to improve tracking and efficiency
  • Collaborate with team members in Production and Quality to build robust documentation to support audit readiness
  • Build strong partnerships with the Quality and Sourcing teams as well as external customers to ensure the highest level of customer service
  • Learn continuous improvement methodologies (i.e., PPI, Six Sigma, and others) and help promote improvement initiatives
