Responsibilities

As a Global Program Manager - Quality, the individual will be accountable for Service Delivery for Quality Vault implementations, ensuring customer success on Veeva’s applications. They will collaborate with various teams, including Sales, Strategy, Product Management, and Customer Success, to align on program milestones and activities. The role involves developing strategic relationships with customer executives, defining deployment and transformation roadmaps, leading proposal development and contract negotiations, overseeing project execution by the Professional Services team, and acting as a point of escalation for customer or internal concerns. Additionally, the Program Manager will ensure a smooth transition to post-deployment application management teams and oversee overall Customer Success.
