Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and execution of global pricing strategies for Kite’s CAR T brands, future assets, and pipeline products
  • Partner with Global V&A TA leads, US Market Access, and Regional Execution teams to conduct market research, pre-launch pricing studies, and competitive benchmarking
  • Develop and deliver profitability models, launch sequence optimisation, and global pricing policies
  • Coordinate long-range planning and forecasting, aligning pricing assumptions across key countries and regions
  • Integrate advanced analytics and reporting, leveraging BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx) to streamline, automate, and build pricing analytics capabilities for global stakeholders
  • Monitor and track global price trends, including International Reference Pricing analysis and implications of major regulatory changes
  • Manage price governance processes, ensuring accuracy in the PriceRight tracker and adherence to global pricing guidelines
  • Guide review of country pricing proposals, supporting preparation of robust business cases for timely decision-making
  • Coordinate Price Horizon Scanning and reporting, capturing and triaging data from local teams for global visibility
  • Support enhancement of pricing management systems, including design, testing, implementation, and training
  • Collaborate with finance, business analytics, and Gilead Value & Access partners to import best practices and drive pricing excellence
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Global Strategic Marketing, IT, Global Competition Law, and third-party data providers (NAVLIN, MIDAS, DRG)
  • Lead stretch projects and assignments related to analytics and pricing strategy optimisation
  • Foster an environment of inclusion, talent development, and innovation, modelling Gilead’s values of integrity, teamwork, and accountability
