Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development, or Organizational Development
  • Proven experience designing and deploying talent programs in a global, matrixed organization; technology sector experience is highly preferred
  • Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences, including senior leadership
  • High degree of intercultural competence and experience collaborating with teams across different geographies
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is required to enable effective communication with international stakeholders and colleagues based in headquarters

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a global learning framework segmented by business groups, ensuring alignment with HQ strategy, business-oriented deliverables and local market needs
  • Craft and implement comprehensive global talent development programs (e.g., leadership development, onboarding, professional skills) that are directly aligned with Tencent's overseas business objectives
  • Conduct needs-analysis in partnership with HR and business leaders to identify skill gaps and development priorities
  • Continuously improve training content and methodologies by incorporating industry trends, adult learning principles, and best practices
  • Build globally scalable leadership programs by drawing from HQ’s established practices while tailoring content to diverse international contexts
  • Design and implement an overseas leadership development framework that identifies and nurtures future leaders across multiple career stages (e.g., early-career, mid-career, senior), with tailored programs and pathways aligned to business group needs
  • Foster a continuous learning culture that strengthens leadership pipelines outside of HQ
  • Project-manage end-to-end learning experiences, from initial needs assessment to delivery and evaluation, for both in-person and virtual formats
  • Manage logistical coordination for training sessions, including facilitator scheduling, vendor management, and participant communications
  • Establish KPIs and success metrics to measure program effectiveness, learner engagement, and business impact
  • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership, continuously improving content and delivery methods based on feedback and outcomes
  • Leverage data analytics and participant feedback to generate insights, drive program enhancements, and demonstrate value to stakeholders
  • Explore and integrate innovative learning technologies and platforms to scale development efforts globally
