Responsibilities

  • Research, plan, and execute events in Cyprus, Serbia, Montenegro, Azerbaijan, Georgia, UAE, and similar markets
  • Source and negotiate with venues and vendors, including booth builders, AV teams, event rentals, and merchandise producers
  • Manage all event logistics — from budgeting and production to on-site setup and delivery
  • Coordinate event marketing with internal teams — including landing pages, social media, and email campaigns
  • Oversee sponsorship activations and ensure all deliverables are executed effectively
  • Support speaking engagements by coordinating with Business Development and Product teams for session preparation
  • Maintain detailed event roadmaps, trackers, and documentation using tools like Jira, Confluence, and Google Suite
  • Manage post-event follow-up: lead capture, internal feedback collection, reporting, and content archiving
  • Represent Xsolla at events, ensuring high standards of professionalism and a strong brand presence
