Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain or a related field
  • Experience with ERP systems (preferably Oracle or SAP)
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch or willingness to learn is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Align the supply plan with customer demand
  • Allocate existing supply and ensure new production requirements are released to the plant on time
  • Proactively address changes, delays, and misalignments in the current plan to meet customer requested delivery dates (OTD)
  • Take ownership of planning parameters for assigned product portfolio and ensure master data alignment in ERPs (Oracle and SAP)
  • Provide timely feedback to Sales and Customer Service on expedite requests and sales order-related topics
  • Handle high-priority expedite requests while minimizing disruptions and maintaining standard operations efficiency
  • Represent Supply Chain in daily interactions with global Sales and Customer Service colleagues
  • Work closely with local teams (Planning & Buying, Quality, Logistics) to prioritize urgent orders, manage delays, and drive process improvements
  • Navigate complex processes to solve problems effectively
  • Identify and initiate process improvements based on daily insights
