Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or Logistics preferred
  • Strong background in mathematics and data management
  • Experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role
  • Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting

Responsibilities

  • Support global MRP implementations and the data analysis behind product moves, new programs or sunsetting programs
  • Analyze sales, stock, review historical sales trends and model the data to forecast future demand
  • Collect and evaluate data about raw material, procurement, storage, inventory management, product manufacturing and delivery
  • Maintain and develop a deep understanding of global production operations to generate relevant insights
  • Create processes and methods to gather relevant supply chain data
  • Develop global standard for Materials reporting and forecasting in a BI platform
  • Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
  • Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
  • Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery, warehousing)
  • Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems and forecasting tools
  • Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
  • Functional analyst / resource for MRP implementations
  • Develop tools to identify data gaps from MRP & DMD Planning perspectives
  • Functional lead for system setup and maintenance related to new sites / model change / updates
  • Own global part forecasting
