Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Business Management or Logistics preferred
Strong background in mathematics and data management
Experience as a Supply Chain Analyst, Logistics Coordinator or similar role
Experience in data mining, analysis and reporting
SQL / Python / R
Familiarity with supply chain processes (e.g. inventory planning, production management)
Working knowledge of MS Office, relational databases, Oracle and MRP systems
Analytical mind with business acumen
Problem-solving aptitude

Responsibilities

Support global MRP implementations and the data analysis behind product moves, new programs or sunsetting programs
Analyze sales, stock, review historical sales trends and model the data to forecast future demand
Collect and evaluate data about raw material, procurement, storage, inventory management, product manufacturing and delivery
Maintain and develop a deep understanding of global production operations to generate relevant insights
Create processes and methods to gather relevant supply chain data
Develop global standard for Materials reporting and forecasting in a BI platform
Analyze data to identify problematic areas and suggest improvements
Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects
Develop requirements and standards (e.g. packaging, procurement, delivery, warehousing)
Collaborate with IT professionals to implement effective systems and forecasting tools
Track KPIs and report on supply chain’s performance
Functional analyst / resource for MRP implementations
Develop tools to identify data gaps from MRP & DMD Planning perspectives
Functional lead for system setup and maintenance related to new sites / model change / updates
Own global part forecasting
