Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics or Economics
5+ years of human resources experience, preferably in a technology environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical and computational skills with extremely high attention to detail and accuracy
Fluent in written and spoken English
Preferred: 3+ years of compensation experience in surveys, market pricing, job evaluation
Preferred: Workday reporting experience
Ability to deal with sensitive information and situations with professionalism, tact and diplomacy
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment, interacting effectively with all levels of personnel
Ability to be a proactive, self-starter who understands details within a larger context

Responsibilities

Conducts and participates in compensation surveys to ensure access to relevant market data for all benchmark positions
Obtain a deep understanding of data sources, collection methods, and pay philosophy
Assist in designing and implementing global compensation programs such as merit cycle, bonus, etc
Support the Total Rewards team and HR business partners in evaluating positions and conducting market pricing for jobs
Provide compensation recommendations for offers, promotions, transfers in accordance with compensation guidelines and policy
Utilize available technology and identify enhancements to processes, data, or usages to facilitate efficient and scalable practices
Provide analysis and support during large global compensation initiatives
Engage with key stakeholders to develop a deep understanding of business needs to design and advise on potential solutions
