  • Education in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations or similar
  • 5+ years of work experience in Sourcing
  • Proficient English level
  • Proficiency with software applications such as MS-Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint Etc.)
  • Experience with SAP and Ariba SSS preferred
  • Knowledge about electrical components and their manufacturing processes preferred
  • Strong data analytics with Continuous Improvement mindset

Responsibilities

  • Implement effective sourcing strategies in line with local and global business and category strategies
  • Ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements
  • Supplier selection and performance management: TCO Savings, Payment terms, OTD, Quality, lead time, budget target settings, and follow up for continuous improvement
  • Provide and maintain standard terms in purchase contracts/terms and conditions in line with Company directives and guidelines
  • Design and implement cost-out programs and/or processes to reach annual savings and operational cost reduction targets
  • Negotiate with dedicated suppliers to achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction
  • Develop, plan and implement sourcing strategies focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers to ensure an exceptional supply base is developed and maintained
