Education in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Operations or similar
5+ years of work experience in Sourcing
Proficient English level
Proficiency with software applications such as MS-Office (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint Etc.)
Experience with SAP and Ariba SSS preferred
Knowledge about electrical components and their manufacturing processes preferred
Strong data analytics with Continuous Improvement mindset
Demonstrated negotiation skills in a multicultural, global business environment

Responsibilities

Implement effective sourcing strategies in line with local and global business and category strategies
Ensure suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements
Supplier selection and performance management: TCO Savings, Payment terms, OTD, Quality, lead time, budget target settings, and follow up for continuous improvement
Provide and maintain standard terms in purchase contracts/terms and conditions in line with Company directives and guidelines
Design and implement cost-out programs and/or processes to reach annual savings and operational cost reduction targets
Negotiate with dedicated suppliers to achieve the best contractual conditions while ensuring internal customer satisfaction
Develop, plan and implement sourcing strategies focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery and reliability of suppliers to ensure an exceptional supply base is developed and maintained
