Responsibilities

  • Design and implement end-to-end automation workflows using platforms like Make.com or similar automation tools
  • Build AI-powered scripts and integrations to streamline creative production processes across print, video, digital, and social channels
  • Collaborate with creative platforms including Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, Pencil, Smartly etc
  • Develop custom automation solutions using APIs and webhook integrations
  • Review and optimize automation production workflows for print materials (brochures, posters, packaging, direct mail campaigns), video content (social videos, commercials, explainer content, motion graphics), digital assets (display ads, web banners, landing pages, email templates), and social media (multi-platform content adaptation, automated posting, A/B testing)
  • Understand technical requirements, file formats, and production constraints for each medium
  • Implement automated quality control and brand compliance checks
  • Facilitate client technology sessions to identify automation opportunities across their marketing mix
  • Present technical solutions that bridge creative requirements with automation capabilities
  • Develop ROI-focused business cases for automation tool investments
  • Coordinate pilot programs and proof-of-concept initiatives for new technologies
  • Leverage AI like ChatGPT, Claude, image tools, and other AI tools for creative automation support
  • Build AI-powered content generation workflows for copy, imagery, and video
  • Implement machine learning models for predictive creative optimization
  • Create automated reporting and insights dashboards using AI
