Requirements
- Experience in landscaping, agriculture, general maintenance, or retail

- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Hold a valid state-issued driver’s license for at least 3 years with a clean driving record
- Successfully complete a driver’s road test for the combination truck and trailer used in this role
- Obtain necessary licensing and/or endorsements if required by the state
- Ability to operate motor vehicles weighing 10,001 - 26,000 lbs as required
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and comply with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Associate’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Maintenance, Construction Management, or a related field (Preferred)
- Certifications such as Certified Facilities Manager (CFM) or Project Management (PMP) (Preferred)
- Experience in third-party management (Preferred)
- Ability to read and verify small print information
- Ability to create and complete documents, reports, and electronic entries
- Ability to operate landscaping and motor vehicle equipment safely
Responsibilities
- Perform landscaping duties, including mowing lawns, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing shrubs, trees, bushes, and flowers year-round
- Maintain grounds, including the parking lot, exterior building, and surrounding areas to ensure a clean environment
- Work as part of a team responsible for landscaping and exterior maintenance
- Adhere to high safety, security, and integrity standards, ensuring compliance with company policies and local, federal, and state regulations
- Travel may be required to perform job duties
