Responsibilities
- Assegurar alinhamento com os objetivos comerciais definidos pela empresa (faturação, cobranças, penetração de produtos)
- Identificar e angariar novas oportunidades de negócio no âmbito dos produtos da Carmine D-Services
- Dinamizar as relações comerciais e acompanhar os clientes dos produtos da Carmine D-Services
- Apresentar e promover os produtos e as campanhas promocionais – Incluindo dinamização do programa + fidelidade e programa de partilha de leads juntamente com o Santander Consumer
- Apoiar a otimização da visibilidade das marcas Carmine D-Services
- Prestar informação sobre os produtos aos clientes em cooperação com a Equipa de IT em caso de desenvolvimentos contratados
- Analisar as ações da concorrência e as tendências do mercado no âmbito dos produtos da Carmine D-Services
- Acompanhar o funcionamento geral do ecossistema digital em todas as suas vertentes, B2C, B2B
- Suporte na definição da estratégia e mais tarde do lançamento da plataforma de B2B, no sentido de assegurar a oferta e procura desejada, com um processo simples e que traga a rentabilidade prevista em budget
