Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Attend internal and external audits to ensure compliance with regulations
  • Supervise compliance with agreed service KPIs
  • Create action plans for service deviations and document non-conformities
  • Ensure waste management complies with regulations and quality procedures
  • Coordinate service openings and closures according to established procedures
  • Supervise correct use of service management tools
  • Maintain adequate response times to client requests (e.g., respond in less than 24 hours)
  • Manage based on ACCIONA's ISO 9001/14001 systems
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations affecting services under responsibility
  • Communicate contractual deviations to immediate superior
  • Perform agreed reporting to clients on time
  • Hold periodic meetings with clients, providing data and conclusions
  • Conduct commercial actions with current clients to grow volume, service types, and/or geographic areas
  • Plan and manage purchases of recurrent materials and consumables
  • Check consumption dashboards, analyze, ensure budget compliance, and correct deviations
  • Request subcontracted works
  • Report to purchasing department on supplier satisfaction levels
  • Supervise that subcontractors comply with agreed protection means in safety plans
  • Ensure the center has necessary equipment, machinery, and tools for service execution
  • Ensure all workers have updated documentation (contracts, courses, certifications, medical checks, access permits)
  • Incorporate documentation into the management tree and keep it updated
  • Monitor and manage profit and loss accounts for each client
