Requirements

  • Reporting directly to the Director of Product, Platform and Payments
  • Ability to work with key team members, business teams, engineering teams, design teams, UX team, marketing, sales, partners, and third-party suppliers
  • Skills in research, ideation, market studies, usability studies, data analysis, and stakeholder feedback collection
  • Experience or capability in product strategy, vision, roadmap definition, product design, development planning, and execution within budget and timelines
  • Building and leading agile product enthusiast culture with vision and direction

Responsibilities

  • Help realize the company's vision and mission through research, ideation, implementation, launch, and iteration on new and existing products
  • Be responsible for all product initiatives focused on payment processing across all touchpoints
  • Work with partners and third-party suppliers to identify and implement the best solutions to improve capabilities and increase processing efficiency
  • Iterate, troubleshoot, and continuously work to improve the traveler's payment experience
  • Contribute to defining the strategy and roadmap for the payment product, based on market studies and key stakeholder input
  • Gather and analyze customer and stakeholder feedback to identify product improvement opportunities
  • Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to improve customer satisfaction
  • Build a culture of product enthusiasts and provide vision and direction to an agile team
  • Work with engineering and design teams to plan and execute development projects, ensuring products are delivered on time and within budget
  • Ideate and work with the UX team to design new products and features impacting millions of travelers worldwide
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and suppliers to ensure access to necessary resources and technologies
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop product marketing and sales materials, and support product launches and marketing initiatives
  • Analyze data to understand user behavior and market needs, using data and analytics to inform and guide key decisions
