Requirements

  • Fluent in German; experience translating English to German required

Responsibilities

  • Translate English training materials and supplemental documents into German and maintain accuracy across versions
  • Partner with Technical Writers and Operations teams to document processes and create engaging training materials
  • Assist in researching and implementing new training tools and resources to enhance employee learning
  • Maintain and update the German Training Resource Site with current content and improvements
  • Identify gaps in training materials and recommend solutions to improve safety, productivity, and clarity
  • Collaborate on future training needs and help develop curriculum with the Training Manager and Technical Writers
  • Suggest creative approaches to presenting information for better comprehension and retention
