Responsibilities

  • Conciliar de forma periódica (diaria/semanal/mensual) las cuentas de pago y traspasos de primas con los registros de las aseguradoras
  • Identificar y resolver diferencias o movimientos no reconocidos en coordinación con aseguradoras, bancos y áreas internas
  • Dar seguimiento al proceso operativo de la emisión y traspaso de prima entre socios
  • Atención a proyectos de negocios y tecnológicos
  • Elaborar reportes funcionales para dar seguimiento a la operación de seguros
  • Colaborar en auditorías internas o externas, proporcionando información y conciliaciones solicitadas
  • Participar en la mejora continua de procesos y controles para optimizar la conciliación financiera de todas cuentas, cuentas asociadas a comisiones y cuentas concentradoras
  • Documentar incidencias, resultados del proceso y generar reportes diarios/matutinos para su seguimiento
