Bachelor degree required
10 Years of experience with data management principles, governance guidelines, and understanding of data holdings
Experience facilitating effective data production and storage by aligning organizational processes to governance requirements
Experience using data workflow technologies (e.g., Collibra) to automate and improve data management
Ability to categorize data, document data relationships, and maintain ontologies (e.g., data dictionaries)
Experience managing appropriate security controls and conformance to data policies, standards, and legal/regulatory requirements
Ability to evaluate data, determine methods to improve data quality, usability, and availability
Ability to advocate for and train others on data management best practices
Active TOP SECRET clearance with eligibility for Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI)
Subject to Counterintelligence (CI) polygraph
U.S. Citizenship required
