Requirements

Four to six months Retail Distribution Center or Warehouse Environment experience preferred
Able to frequently lift and move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and move up to 50 pounds
Adequate fitness level for frequent lifting, walking, standing, moderate climbing, occasional sitting, stooping, and kneeling (with or without reasonable accommodation)
Able to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) per Distribution Center requirements
Willing to perform shift work, including overtime, weekends, and/or holidays
Effective communication skills with co-workers and management
Dynamic: works hard, enthusiastic, eager to succeed, initiates action, and makes decisions
Ability to multi-task and organize work with multiple interruptions
Strong organizing skills: structures own time effectively, works systematically, plans ahead

Responsibilities

Selects and packs merchandise from multiple levels in a fast and efficient manner to meet/exceed production standards
Ensures correct merchandise is shipped to the correct store based on orders and meets/exceeds quality standards
Operates equipment (voice command headset) and/or uses paper pick documents to process store orders
Achieves set production standards (engineered or productivity) on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
Communicates effectively with Sign Out Clerk to maintain consistent workflow
Monitors equipment to maintain production workflow and minimize downtime
Fills in and assists with stocking duties as time permits
Follows set safety procedures and guidelines to maximize personal safety
Maintains an organized work area and promotes a safe working environment in the Repack department
Follows all Company policies and procedures
Performs all other duties as assigned
