Requirements

Must be able to understand and agree to follow Safety Rules
Must be willing to push, pull, carry, and/or lift 40+ pounds for some positions
Must be willing to work in damp, cold or hot environments and reach above shoulder level
Must be able to perform the duties of the position
Must be willing to stand 8-10 hours a day
Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net, and beard guard
Must be able to maneuver around freely as needed
Must have good hand/eye coordination
Must be willing to climb up and down steps/stairs to get to and from work areas when needed
Prior Employee Waiting Period: 365-day waiting period if previously employed at Tyson before reapplying
Number of Times Worked at Tyson: Can apply if worked at Tyson no more than three times
Failed Drug Screen: Must wait 6 months before reapplying if failed drug screen
