Requirements
- Ability to manage financial budgets, develop strategic plans, and communicate business goals

- Management of delegation of outsourced services to group entities and third parties, including ongoing assessments

- Experience liaising with the Malta Financial Services Authority and other governmental authorities
- Staying up-to-date with regulatory developments at European and local levels
Responsibilities
- General management, day-to-day operations, and administrative functions of the Company
- Report to the Malta Board of Directors on KPIs from financial performance, capital requirements, and organisational matters
- Serve as member of the Malta Markets & Credit Risk Committee and present KPIs on financial performance and capital requirements
- Oversee the outsourcing agreement with WarpDrive, including changes, testing of service level agreements, and updating registers for MFSA/DORA compliance
- Act as authorised signatory on FalconX Ltd contracts to ensure record-keeping, regulatory alignment, and proper client onboarding via KYC
- Coordinate the annual update of the Wind-down Plan, including financial projections, stress testing, trigger events; monitor and report triggers to the Board, and initiate wind-down if breached
- Serve as chairperson of the Malta EDD committee and approve low and medium-risk client onboardings following L2 Malta Compliance Team review
- Coordinate with the Internal Audit team
