Previous paper machine operating experience (preferred)
Work experience in an industrial setting requiring physical labor
Forklift experience (preferred)
Basic computer skills and ability to read and use measuring devices
Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Proven history of success demonstrating excellent attendance, a positive attitude, reliability, drive, quality focus, and a commitment to safety
Ability to work all shifts on a rotating schedule
Ability to effectively work with a team in a fast-paced environment
Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions
Ability to perform repetitive duties, climb stairs, stand for long periods of time, periodically work in hot or cold areas, multitask, lift 25 lbs. unassisted, and team lift
