Candidates must be willing to work in a very cold environment, use scissors and knives to cut chicken, tolerate motion on a fast-moving processing line, stand on a platform two feet above floor level, and perform tasks like standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, reaching, and lifting in cold, damp, hot, humid, or slippery conditions.
Prior employees must wait 365 days before reapplying, can apply if they've worked at Tyson no more than three times, and must wait 6 months if they failed a drug screen.
