Requirements

Willing and able to perform entry-level non-skilled general labor
Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion
Lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
Stand and/or walk 8-12 hours per day on a production line
Work in a cold and damp environment (36-42 degrees Fahrenheit)
Use grasping (pinch grip), reaching (10-25 inches), and simultaneous use of both hands
Willing to work with knives if required
Wear all proper safety equipment
Willing to work overtime and weekends if required
Perform physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Perform general labor tasks in Beef, Ground Beef, and/or Pork departments on A Shift (First shift/Days)
Handle product on conveyor: pick, place in trays, arrange according to specifications, and return to conveyor
Stand on concrete, grate, or fiberglass ergonomic platform
Apply light force as needed in job tasks
