Requirements

Willing to perform entry-level non-skilled general labor
Able to maintain a safe work environment and adhere to Tyson policies and procedures
Available for Monday-Friday schedule (6:30 am until finished) with possible Saturdays, overtime, and weekends
Able to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive motion
Able to lift, push, and pull up to 40 pounds
Able to stand/walk 8-12 hours per day on concrete, grate, or fiberglass platform
Able to grasp (pinch grip), reach 10-25 inches, and use both hands simultaneously
Willing to work in a cold and damp environment (36-42°F)
Willing to work with knives if required and wear all proper safety equipment
Able to perform physical demands with or without reasonable accommodation

Responsibilities

Perform entry-level non-skilled general labor tasks (applicable to openings in Beef, Ground Beef, and/or Pork departments on A Shift)
Pick product from conveyor using pinch grip, place it correctly in trays, and return to conveyor
Remove product from conveyor, arrange according to specifications in trays, and place trayed product on correct conveyor
Maintain safe work environment and follow Tyson policies and procedures
