Requirements

  • Must have floor presence and be able to stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours
  • Computer skills (PC or laptop use, Microsoft Office, Basic Typing)
  • Strong math and counting skills

Responsibilities

  • Submit accurate numbers of completed labeled packaging, portions, meal bags, and meal kits through the production inventory app
  • Tag crates for portions, stacks for meal bags, and RPCs for meal kits after each submission, ensuring tags reflect the correct meal, week, quantity, and/or product
  • Push portion stacks to the correct WIP lane after submission
  • Push meal bag stacks to the correct FIFO lane after submission
  • Ensure sensitive items portioned are pushed to the correct storage location after submission
  • Manage turnover of overproduced WIP that can be reallocated to future menus with FSQA shelf life approval
  • Own the over decanted pre-portioned zone: monitor and assign to current week meals for leads to pull prior to opening cases; if not used on current week, research and assign to upcoming menus with clear labeling; if not used on any menus in Ops Apps, count and discard while logging as waste on the waste tracker
  • Maintain FIFO by ensuring newest product is staged in the back of each WIP lane
  • Conduct audits of submissions against WIP to catch potential errors and report discrepancies
