  • Strong business understanding ability, able to quickly understand business needs and translate them into data analysis goals; experience in operations for large DAU competitive category games is preferred
  • Good communication skills, proficient in written English for smooth communication, and spoken English for auxiliary communication
  • Senior game enthusiast with keen user insight, skilled in driving product optimization and activity design through player feedback, continuously improving game experience

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for regional commercialization operations of the product; based on game commercialization goals, plan targeted commercialization activities around Southeast Asia; pay special attention to user experience, coordinate optimization of commercialization products with R&D, collaborate with internal and market teams, including official and regional third-party payment partnerships
  • With growth as the goal, not limited to single module work; especially with experience and insights in game creative gameplay planning module; through operational resource coordination, responsible for secondary gameplay operations, and creating more rich gameplay for players, with key references to Roblox/Peace Oasis/PUBG Mobile WOW gameplay
  • Bonus: Able to analyze Southeast Asian user data behavior, closely collaborate with R&D, market, and other teams, understand business needs, and provide targeted data analysis solutions
