Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with 7+ years of game client development experience and 5+ years of development experience with Unreal or Unity engines, possessing a solid professional foundation
  • Fully participated in the development and launch process of at least 2 game projects, with a preference for experience in open world game development and an understanding of the full game development process
  • Familiar with mainstream game engine architectures, rendering pipelines, and threading models, proficient in Vulkan, Metal, OpenGL graphics rendering and C++, skilled in using Lua, understanding the principles of the Lua virtual machine, and possessing strong technical abilities
  • Good communication and collaboration skills, with a positive and optimistic attitude, able to communicate effectively with team members to solve problems together
  • Preference for candidates with game technology review experience and fluent English communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for optimizing game client performance, developing game tools, or customizing art pipelines for Tencent's overseas studios, ensuring the stability and smoothness of the game client
  • Keep up with cutting-edge game engine technologies, conduct technical reviews and guidance for game client solutions, provide optimization plans, and drive technological innovation
  • Design and develop solutions for Tencent's overseas brand accounts system, enhancing user experience
