Requirements

Experience in film production, directing, drama-related fields, or preferably in plot-heavy game development
Rich experience in creation and narrative expression; expert-level proficiency in reviewing work, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining narrative continuity
Outstanding directing skills, ability to guide actor performances and coordinate work across departments
Strong artistic aesthetic sensibility with solid understanding of art theories such as form, color, and composition
Passion for visual arts and animation, with extensive exposure to CG animation, anime series, animated films, and live-action films
Familiarity with game development and production processes or game-related technologies is a plus
Familiarity with Monster Hunter IP and enthusiasm for it is a plus

Responsibilities

Quickly understand and organize core narratives and visuals based on plot needs; write director's statements, provide production references, and define quality standards and norms
Possess aesthetic ability to draw and revise storyboards; guide art settings, camera language, and visual effects; provide full-process quality solutions
Responsible for test shoots or guiding actors to complete relevant performances or motion capture needs; responsible for test shoots or guiding voice actors to complete dubbing
Coordinate guidance from concept to final integration, collaborate with narrative team to complete narrative designs matching the game's tone; guide and control camera work, lighting, composition, etc., to ensure unity and completeness of visual style and performance effects
Guide the design, rhythm, tension, and detail requirements of performance animations to match the project's action style, narrative needs, and achieve high-quality animation performances
Guide lens performances and effects for dialogue systems; guide scripts, storyboards, and visual effects for CG/PV, etc.; manage suppliers and take responsibility for the overall effect of the final piece
