Responsibilities

与世界观策划、概念设计团队紧密协作，主导游戏前期内容探索，确保概念设计与世界观设定具备出色的视觉表现力与叙事潜力，为后续内容制作奠定高质量基础。
负责构建及管理游戏内外“表演内容”的美术管线，涵盖：战斗技能演出、剧情过场动画、世界观展示片段、宣传PV等。
对局内外各类表演内容进行全流程美术把控，包括但不限于分镜脚本评审、动画表演设计、特效设计与镜头规划、后期合成等环节，确保最终产出符合项目艺术方向和品质标准。
制定并规范内容制作的美术标准与流程，与策划、设计、动画、特效、引擎、音效等技术团队协同，优化制作管线，提升内容产出的效率与一致性。
管理内容美术团队，合理分配资源，培养团队成员专业能力，并作为美术管线负责人，与策划、程序、音频等跨职能团队高效协作，推动内容创意的完美落地。
