Requirements

Strong hands-on understanding of UK-specific statutory rules: PAYE, NI categories, Tax codes, RTI (FPS, EPS, NVR), Pension auto-enrolment, Statutory Payments (SMP/SSP/etc.), Apprenticeship Levy
Expertise in Payroll configuration (Elements, Balances, Rate Definitions), Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL
Experience supporting monthly/weekly payroll cycles in a production environment with SLAs
Strong experience handling Fusion quarterly statutory updates for UK
Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, ensuring timely resolution of incidents
Support end-to-end UK payroll cycles, including Pre-payroll validations, Payroll calculation and auditing, Payment processing and costing, Post-payroll reconciliation and reporting
Handle UK-specific statutory payroll processes, including RTI Submissions (FPS, EPS), P45, P46, P60, P11D, Statutory Payments (SMP, SSP, SAP, SPP, SHPP), Apprenticeship Levy, Student Loans & Postgraduate Loans, Auto-enrolment Pension
Support statutory integration with HMRC
Analyze and resolve payroll issues related to Payroll Elements and Balances, Fast Formulas (Payroll, Calculation, Absence), Payroll Flow orchestration, Costing and accounting integration
