Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
2+ years of experience in test design engineering or a related field
Proficiency in LabVIEW and TestStand
Experience with automated test systems, functional testing, environmental testing
A solid understanding of Lean Sigma principles and tools
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Ability to develop good working relationships with team members and customers
Lab test/measurement equipment

Responsibilities

Developing innovative test concepts and designs using appropriate tools and equipment
Performing design creation, analysis, and verification
Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the entire product life cycle, from conceptualization to sustaining engineering
Creating and maintaining comprehensive project documentation in accordance with quality and change management procedures
Actively contributing to a Lean culture by applying Lean Sigma principles to identify and eliminate waste, and improve processes
