Hands-on Experience in SQL, debugging with minimal guidance (mandatory for all)
For Specialist/Team Lead (3–4+ Years of Experience): Healthcare industry experience and/or SAP (mandatory), Prior experience managing large scale projects and resolving complex issues (mandatory), Prior leadership/supervisory experience (mandatory), Decent job tenure (mandatory)
For Analyst - Senior Analyst (<3 Years' Experience): BA/Functional Testing (mandatory), Healthcare industry experience and/or SAP (good to have), Prior experience managing large scale projects and resolving complex issues (good to have)

Responsibilities

Functional Analysis: Gather and analyze business requirements
Translate them into functional specs, user stories, and process flows
Act as liaison between stakeholders and technical teams
Perform gap analyses and recommend improvements
Maintain functional documentation
Testing & QA: Develop and execute test plans (system, integration, UAT, regression)
Manage the defect lifecycle and ensure quality standards
Support UAT and facilitate user sign-off
Project Support: Assist in deployments and post-go-live support
Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, planning)
Contribute to effort estimation and timelines
Collaborate with cross-functional, global teams
