Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a software engineering role
  • Expertise or significant experience with the core tech stack components like Typescript, React, Django, and Python, with a strong focus on the frontend (80/20 split)
  • Familiarity with React Flow, MUI, Celery, PostgreSQL, and AWS S3
  • Demonstrated a strong sense of ownership and a desire to build things effectively
  • Ability to challenge the status quo backed by thorough research and demonstration (PoCs, MVPs, tech specs, etc)
  • Skill in persuading other engineers and product managers, and building consensus
  • Ability to influence through code and implementation

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, optimize, and maintain CaptivateIQ's data and core platform functionality
  • Work across our full product stack to develop and improve product features
  • Participate in the product development process from start to finish, from scoping projects to measuring their success and iterating based on feedback
  • Maintain high engineering, quality, and security standards, and continuously improve our codebases and processes
  • Work with engineers across the company to develop and iterate at scale
